Happy Cinco De Mayo-. For all of you that are not Tequila lovers we have some great items for this Flavor Friday. Straight from Alsace, France we have

Dopff & Irion Crustaces. A beautiful white wine made from 80% Sylvaner and 20% Pinot Blanc. A golden color wine with aromatic white elderberry flowers, mineral aromas, dry, and white fleshed fruit such as green apple. Our beer is from Poulsbo’s own Valhöll Brewery. Their full flavored, oak-aged scotch ale. Finally  Columbia Valley’s Sauvignon Cabernet, Luke.

Deep marionberry and dark chocolate, accented by hints of mint and molasses. A very smooth and balanced red. Come down and bring some sunshine in. See you there!
