It’s Flavor Friday’s again!  Jean Paul Gascogne is a beautiful French white wine with a fresh nose of lime, basil, freshly cut green grass and guavas. As for the red we picked a bright red from Spain-Castrano Monastrell . It is a wonderful blend of Merlot, Mourvedre and Monastrell giving it aromas of honey, liquorice, blackberry, oak and vanilla.

Last but not least our refreshing Pilsner from Valhöll, Zwickel Pilsner.
